BIOMEView Live Dashboard

Living systems, made legible

Compost intelligencefrom the inside out.

Biome turns temperature and raw moisture signals from inside a compost pile into a live operating record. That field data is the foundation for future irrigation and aeration automation.

The telemetry path

One reading.Five clear steps.

Follow a sensor reading from inside the pile, through the field node, and into the live dashboard.

01

Sensors

A DS18B20 measures compost temperature while a VH400 reports raw moisture voltage.

02

ESP32

The ESP32-S3 samples both sensors and packages the reading with device and connection data.

03

Wi-Fi

The field node uploads a new reading roughly every 30 seconds.

04

Supabase

Supabase stores timestamped biome-01 readings for history and analysis.

05

Dashboard

The dashboard turns the latest record and its history into a live pile view.

Product direction

Observe first.Then act with intent.

Biome starts with reliable field telemetry. Automation comes later, after moisture is calibrated, operating thresholds are configured, and the pile's behavior is understood.

01Live now

Continuous sensing

Live temperature, raw VH400 output, and Wi-Fi signal from the biome-01 field node.

02Future phase

Closed-loop irrigation

Calibrated moisture thresholds could eventually guide measured water delivery.

03Future phase

Automated aeration

Temperature trends could eventually inform controlled airflow through the pile.

04Planned

Alerts + insight

Field events, configurable thresholds, and a longer-term operating record.
